Cacio e Pepe is an authentic Italian restaurant named for its signature Roman dish-- Cacio e Pepe-- homemade pasta theatrically tossed out of a wheel of pecorino cheese. At the helm is Chef Salvatore Corea from Calabria. Both of our locations feature seasonal menus of traditional and creative Italian dishes and desserts along with a sophisticated selection of Italian wines and signature cocktails.

This place is a fun experience when you get the cacio e Pepe. They make it in the cheese wheel at the table in front of you and it's delicious. The other pastas and appetizers were great too...
